Overview

Limitless is a personal AI tool designed to record, transcribe, and organize the conversations and digital interactions that fill your day. By passively capturing meetings, calls, and in-person discussions, it builds a searchable knowledge base of what was said, who said it, and when. The platform turns raw audio and context into structured notes, summaries, and action items, helping users recall details without manual note-taking. It integrates with calendars and work tools to surface relevant context before meetings and follow-ups afterward. Limitless targets professionals, founders, and knowledge workers who attend many meetings and want an external memory they can query in natural language.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: continuous audio capture and transcription and works across digital and in-person settings. Where it lags: requires dedicated hardware for some features. On balance the feature set — especially natural language search across conversations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automatic summaries and action items. Personal knowledge base with context recall fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated meeting summaries removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires dedicated hardware for some features, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on natural language search across conversations, and hands-free meeting capture and transcription caught me off guard. Limited usefulness without consistent daily use is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-generated meeting summaries — handled better than most — and works across digital and in-person settings. Worth the time if this is your use case.
