Overview

Hugo AI Agent is a support tool designed to resolve up to 60% of support tickets. It is built to handle real conversations and data, and is transparent by design. Hugo's logic is visible, editable, and accountable, and it connects to the systems that define a business to keep responses accurate and trustworthy. Unlike basic chatbots, Hugo maintains context across conversations and can be integrated with a variety of tools. It adapts to the business's preferred AI model and can be trained and deployed in minutes using a no-code interface. Hugo can also track performance and accuracy in real-time, and syncs automatically with a company's helpdesk, documentation, or CRM to keep its knowledge up to date. Hugo is used to automate routine tasks, learn from outcomes, and involve humans when necessary, to ensure that it serves people and not erase them. It is powered by Model Context Protocol (MCP) and is GDPR-compliant and enterprise-grade encrypted for security and compliance.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automatic handoff to human agents. Smart escalation to human agents fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable responses and knowledge base removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-driven automatic replies in Crisp is exactly what I needed, and works across multiple support channels. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation history in a unified inbox — handled better than most — and helps reduce response times on repetitive questions. Requires an existing Crisp account is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on smart escalation to human agents, and helps reduce response times on repetitive questions caught me off guard. Requires an existing Crisp account is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
