Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Batch processing of uploaded files is exactly what I needed, and saves significant time on post-production tasks. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for podcasters, marketers, and content teams. Multi-format content export fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow for repurposing long-form media removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: audio and video transcription and streamlines transcription and content repurposing in one place. Where it lags: accuracy can vary with accents or poor audio quality. On balance the feature set — especially workflow for repurposing long-form media — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
