  Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: audio and video transcription and streamlines transcription and content repurposing in one place. Where it lags: accuracy can vary with accents or poor audio quality. On balance the feature set — especially workflow for repurposing long-form media — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
