Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Knowledge base and help center is exactly what I needed, and built-in CRM and knowledge base. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Meeting assistant with transcription just works and no-code chatbot builder. Advanced features locked to higher tiers can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is meeting assistant with transcription — handled better than most — and affordable pricing for small teams. Can feel limited for large enterprise workflows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

What AI capabilities are included beyond the chatbot builder?

In addition to a no-code AI chatbot and automation builder, Crisp offers smart reply suggestions for agents and a meeting assistant that transcribes and summarizes calls. Note that its AI is less mature than dedicated specialist tools.

Is Crisp a good fit for large enterprises or better suited to smaller teams?

Crisp is aimed at startups and small-to-midsize teams looking to reduce response times without expanding headcount. It can feel limited for large enterprise workflows, and some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

Which communication channels does Crisp's shared inbox support?

Crisp centralizes messages from website live chat, email, social channels, and messaging apps into a single workspace, so your team can handle all customer conversations from one unified inbox.
