Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lead collection forms is exactly what I needed, and trains on your own data sources. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-language support and customizable branding and behavior. Where it lags: higher message volumes require paid plans. On balance the feature set — especially website, Slack, and WhatsApp integrations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Lead collection forms just works and multiple integration and deployment options. Higher message volumes require paid plans can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
