Feed an input list of URLs to a trained robot and pull structured data in bulk, then push results to downstream tools via webhooks or API.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on visual robot training in the browser, and integrates with Sheets, Airtable, Zapier and APIs caught me off guard. Complex sites may need troubleshooting is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: scheduled and on-demand data extraction and scheduled runs and change monitoring. Where it lags: complex sites may need troubleshooting. On balance the feature set — especially visual robot training in the browser — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and prebuilt robots for popular sites. Library of prebuilt scraping templates fits neatly into how we already work, and scheduled and on-demand data extraction removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and prebuilt robots for popular sites. Webhook and API access fits neatly into how we already work, and library of prebuilt scraping templates removed a step we used to do by hand. Complex sites may need troubleshooting, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
