Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automatic meeting transcription just works and automated transcription and summarization. Accuracy may vary with accents or noisy audio can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: action item and decision tracking and clear action items and decisions. On balance the feature set — especially searchable meeting history — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
