Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Conversational AI agent for candidates just works and frees recruiters to focus on higher-value tasks. AI conversations may feel impersonal to some candidates can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Conversational AI agent for candidates fits neatly into how we already work, and structured data capture from conversations removed a step we used to do by hand.
