Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on log and trace correlation, and automates the alert-to-fix workflow caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Alert ingestion from observability tools is exactly what I needed, and keeps engineers in the review loop. I do wish requires deep access to code and telemetry, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
