Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combined ATS and CRM in one platform. AI-assisted candidate sourcing and matching fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated outreach and follow-up messages removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-generated outreach and follow-up messages and combined ATS and CRM in one platform. Where it lags: less suited to in-house corporate recruiting. On balance the feature set — especially integrated client and candidate CRM — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated resume parsing and enrichment is exactly what I needed, and helps shorten time-to-placement. I do wish newer platform with a smaller ecosystem, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pipeline and placement tracking — handled better than most — and purpose-built for agency recruiting workflows. Less suited to in-house corporate recruiting is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
