Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and agent-based approach handles multi-step tasks. Built for professional services firms fits neatly into how we already work, and built for professional services firms removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow automation for legal teams — handled better than most — and focused specifically on legal use cases. Limited public information on capabilities is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: support for contracts and compliance and targets professional services workflows. Where it lags: limited public information on capabilities. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation for legal teams — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
