Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates repetitive relationship management tasks. Contact and interaction tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and automated workflow management removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Contact and interaction tracking just works and helps prioritize follow-ups and outreach. May require integration setup to be fully effective can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on meeting preparation assistance, and helps prioritize follow-ups and outreach caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
