Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automated review generation requests, and helps generate more online reviews automatically caught me off guard. Geared toward SMBs, less suited for enterprises is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: webchat-to-text lead capture and integrates with common CRMs and DMS platforms. Where it lags: feature depth varies by industry vertical. On balance the feature set — especially aI-assisted message drafting — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is two-way business text messaging — handled better than most — and integrates with common CRMs and DMS platforms. Pricing not transparent without a sales call is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps generate more online reviews automatically. Two-way business text messaging fits neatly into how we already work, and text-to-pay invoicing removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
