Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aI filtering refines extracted results. Post and comment data scraping fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-assisted content filtering removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-assisted content filtering and aI filtering refines extracted results. On balance the feature set — especially cSV/Excel export options — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI-assisted content filtering just works and aI filtering refines extracted results. May conflict with Facebook's terms of service can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. CSV/Excel export options is exactly what I needed, and structured export formats for easy analysis. I do wish requires careful handling of personal data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
