Overview

Aimdoc (presented at doable.sh) is an AI agent designed to operate across the full B2B SaaS customer journey, from anonymous website visitors through trial activation and post-sale support. It aims to consolidate functions that are typically handled by separate tools — visitor identification, conversational lead qualification, product onboarding, and customer support — into a single AI agent that carries context across each stage. The platform starts with visitor identification, revealing company- and person-level details behind anonymous website traffic and sending Slack alerts when high-intent accounts visit key pages like pricing or signup. An AI chat agent trained on the product then engages visitors in any language, qualifies them against the company's ICP and criteria, routes them based on fit, and can schedule demos directly in the chat. Inside the product, the agent shifts to activation and support. It can navigate the application, click through tasks, and walk users through workflows in real time, with the stated goal of getting trial users to their "aha moment" quickly. The same agent continues post-sale, completing tasks such as exports and settings changes on behalf of customers and resolving how-to questions without human involvement. Teams can teach it new tasks by recording themselves performing them and narrating context. Aimdoc targets B2B SaaS companies looking to convert and retain users with fewer manual touchpoints. It advertises enterprise readiness, including SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance, audit logs, role-based permissions, and AI red teaming. A 14-day free trial is offered without a credit card. As with any agent that operates inside a live product, the value depends heavily on quality training and setup, and an AI acting on a user's behalf carries risks around accuracy and trust. The breadth of the offering — spanning marketing, sales, onboarding, and support — also means it overlaps with several specialized categories of tools rather than going deep in any single one.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and developer-friendly API approach. Task automation framework fits neatly into how we already work, and task automation framework removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aPI and SDK integration and reduces engineering effort for automation. Where it lags: requires technical setup and integration work. On balance the feature set — especially aI-powered user experience tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Task automation framework is exactly what I needed, and reduces engineering effort for automation. I do wish less suited for non-developers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
