Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and suitable for lead generation and FAQs. Website widget embedding fits neatly into how we already work, and basic analytics dashboard removed a step we used to do by hand. Fewer integrations than enterprise platforms, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on drag-and-drop chatbot builder, and suitable for lead generation and FAQs caught me off guard. Limited advanced customization for developers is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lead capture forms is exactly what I needed, and customizable branding and appearance. I do wish aI capabilities may be basic compared to LLM-native tools, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
