Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Voice and chat-based queries just works and included with Zoho subscriptions at no extra cost. Value is limited outside the Zoho ecosystem can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is anomaly detection and sales forecasting — handled better than most — and included with Zoho subscriptions at no extra cost. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Sentiment analysis and ticket assistance in Desk is exactly what I needed, and combines predictive analytics with generative features. I do wish capabilities vary by app and plan tier, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
