Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Generative AI-powered chat and voice agents is exactly what I needed, and omnichannel coverage including voice and major messaging apps. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and pre-built integrations with common enterprise systems. Agent assist and human handoff tools fits neatly into how we already work, and multilingual and multi-channel deployment removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Advanced customization may need vendor or partner support is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
