Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Generative AI-powered chat and voice agents is exactly what I needed, and omnichannel coverage including voice and major messaging apps. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Agent assist and human handoff tools fits neatly into how we already work, and multilingual and multi-channel deployment removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on analytics and performance dashboards, and multilingual support across 135+ languages caught me off guard. Advanced customization may need vendor or partner support is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multilingual and multi-channel deployment and multilingual support across 135+ languages. On balance the feature set — especially multilingual and multi-channel deployment — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
