Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated notes and action items is exactly what I needed, and streamlines 1:1 prep and follow-ups. I do wish value depends on consistent adoption, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-assisted 1:1 meeting prep, and purpose-built for people managers caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
