Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Linking between notes, tasks, and outputs just works and visual canvas makes complex projects easier to navigate. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-user real-time collaboration — handled better than most — and real-time collaboration for distributed teams. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and visual canvas makes complex projects easier to navigate. Linking between notes, tasks, and outputs fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow orchestration across multiple steps removed a step we used to do by hand. Can feel cluttered on very large projects, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Node-based canvas for interconnected ideas is exactly what I needed, and flexible structure suits research and creative work. I do wish learning curve for users new to node-based tools, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
