Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Custom QA scorecards just works and helps surface compliance and training gaps. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom QA scorecards is exactly what I needed, and combines transcription, analytics, and coaching tools. I do wish requires setup and tuning to match team workflows, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines transcription, analytics, and coaching tools. AI call transcription and analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and custom QA scorecards removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires setup and tuning to match team workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
