We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports both inbound and outbound calls. CRM and tool integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and call scripting and flow design removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Setup and tuning require time, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics — handled better than most — and supports both inbound and outbound calls. Voice AI may struggle with complex queries is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Human handoff support is exactly what I needed, and natural-sounding voice interactions. I do wish setup and tuning require time, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
