Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and operates 24/7 without staffing requirements. AI-driven automated responses fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics and conversation insights removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Customizable conversation flows just works and reduces response times for common inquiries. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable conversation flows and handles multiple channels from one interface. Where it lags: may struggle with highly complex or unusual requests. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven automated responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is lead qualification workflows — handled better than most — and handles multiple channels from one interface. Industry focus may limit fit for some businesses is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable conversation flows, and operates 24/7 without staffing requirements caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
