Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-assisted automation builder — handled better than most — and speeds up automation development. Enterprise focus may not suit small teams is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow orchestration and speeds up automation development. On balance the feature set — especially integration with business systems — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and speeds up automation development. Automation lifecycle management fits neatly into how we already work, and automation lifecycle management removed a step we used to do by hand. Enterprise focus may not suit small teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Performance analytics dashboard just works and tracks performance and ROI. Learning curve for non-technical users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
