Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-channel engagement, and automates routine customer interactions caught me off guard. May require setup time to tune AI responses is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and centralizes engagement across channels. Engagement analytics and reporting fits neatly into how we already work, and automated lead nurturing removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: engagement analytics and reporting and helps small teams scale outreach. Where it lags: may require setup time to tune AI responses. On balance the feature set — especially automated lead nurturing — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
