Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: structured knowledge input and works alongside existing AI tools. Where it lags: may need ongoing maintenance as business evolves. On balance the feature set — especially structured knowledge input — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is structured knowledge input — handled better than most — and centralizes business knowledge. Value depends on quality of provided context is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Integration with AI assistants just works and centralizes business knowledge. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces repetitive context-setting. Business context repository fits neatly into how we already work, and reusable context across tasks removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
