We rolled this out across the team last quarter and instant demos remove scheduling friction. Customizable to product and use case fits neatly into how we already work, and always-on availability removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is lead qualification and insights — handled better than most — and instant demos remove scheduling friction. May lack nuance of an experienced human rep is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
