Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and instant demos remove scheduling friction. Customizable to product and use case fits neatly into how we already work, and always-on availability removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is lead qualification and insights — handled better than most — and instant demos remove scheduling friction. May lack nuance of an experienced human rep is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: interactive Q&A with prospects and available 24/7 for global prospects. Where it lags: may lack nuance of an experienced human rep. On balance the feature set — especially aI agent for live demo calls — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on always-on availability, and available 24/7 for global prospects caught me off guard. Requires setup and training on product content is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
