Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversation logging and analytics and integrates with CRMs and existing workflows. On balance the feature set — especially cRM and workflow integrations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Customizable agent scripts and personas just works and scales outreach without proportional cost increases. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and unifies voice, SMS, and email in one agent. Customizable agent scripts and personas fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-channel campaigns across SMS and email removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on autonomous AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls, and operates 24/7 without staffing constraints caught me off guard. Setup and tuning require time investment is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Autonomous AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls is exactly what I needed, and integrates with CRMs and existing workflows. I do wish pricing may be steep for very small teams, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
