Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Campaign management dashboard is exactly what I needed, and useful across sales, support, and outreach. I do wish voice AI may struggle with complex conversations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. AI-driven outbound voice calls just works and white-label branding for agencies. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven outbound voice calls and useful across sales, support, and outreach. Where it lags: compliance with calling regulations is user's responsibility. On balance the feature set — especially campaign management dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on scalable call volume handling, and scales outbound calls without adding headcount caught me off guard. Compliance with calling regulations is user's responsibility is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
