Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Cross-team analytics and reporting is exactly what I needed, and reduces need for multiple disconnected SaaS tools. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multichannel outbound campaign tools — handled better than most — and unifies sales, marketing, and support in one CRM. Migration from existing CRMs can be time-consuming is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multichannel outbound campaign tools and unifies sales, marketing, and support in one CRM. On balance the feature set — especially multichannel outbound campaign tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multichannel outbound campaign tools is exactly what I needed, and covers the full customer lifecycle. I do wish broad scope may be overkill for small teams, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Cross-team analytics and reporting just works and covers the full customer lifecycle. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
