Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven screening and shortlisting and automates time-consuming recruiting tasks. On balance the feature set — especially end-to-end hiring pipeline management — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is interview scheduling support — handled better than most — and automates time-consuming recruiting tasks. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated candidate sourcing just works and handles end-to-end hiring workflow. Effectiveness depends on quality of input data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Outreach and engagement automation is exactly what I needed, and handles end-to-end hiring workflow. I do wish requires oversight for sensitive hiring decisions, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
