I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is call transfers to human staff when needed — handled better than most — and handles calls 24/7 without staffing costs. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces missed calls and lost leads. Appointment booking and calendar sync fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable greetings and call scripts removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice AI can still feel impersonal to some callers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: call transfers to human staff when needed and handles calls 24/7 without staffing costs. On balance the feature set — especially appointment booking and calendar sync — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
