I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on appointment booking and lead capture, and supports call forwarding from existing numbers caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: continuous agent tuning based on past calls and affordable pricing for small businesses. Where it lags: per-call pricing can add up for high volumes. On balance the feature set — especially continuous agent tuning based on past calls — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Voice AI can struggle with complex or emotional calls is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is continuous agent tuning based on past calls — handled better than most — and quick setup with customizable agent scripts. Limited deep CRM integrations compared to enterprise tools is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
