Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built-in monitoring and quality controls. Brand and policy customization fits neatly into how we already work, and voice and chat deployment removed a step we used to do by hand. Geared toward larger enterprises, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on brand and policy customization, and customizable to brand voice and policies caught me off guard. Requires integration work to reach full value is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational AI agents for support is exactly what I needed, and customizable to brand voice and policies. I do wish pricing not publicly transparent, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: voice and chat deployment and supports voice and chat channels. Where it lags: geared toward larger enterprises. On balance the feature set — especially guardrails for safe responses — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
