Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Conversational, natural-sounding voice just works and handles calls 24/7 without staffing costs. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Pretty happy overall. 24/7 automated call answering just works and captures leads that might otherwise be missed. May struggle with highly complex or emotional calls can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational, natural-sounding voice, and customizable to specific business needs caught me off guard. Requires setup and training for best results is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Call summaries and notifications is exactly what I needed, and customizable to specific business needs. I do wish requires setup and training for best results, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
