Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversation intelligence and call recording and deep CRM integrations and activity sync. On balance the feature set — especially email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach in one workflow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pipeline and forecast management — handled better than most — and aI insights for calls and deal health. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and strong multi-channel cadence automation. Conversation intelligence and call recording fits neatly into how we already work, and conversation intelligence and call recording removed a step we used to do by hand. Enterprise pricing can be steep for small teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
