Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated screening to replace phone interviews just works and eliminates scheduling friction of phone screens. Async format may feel impersonal to some candidates can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-generated candidate insights and scoring and richer signal than audio-only interviews. Where it lags: less suited for highly senior or specialized roles. On balance the feature set — especially aI-generated candidate insights and scoring — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and eliminates scheduling friction of phone screens. Automated screening to replace phone interviews fits neatly into how we already work, and recruiter dashboard with ranked results removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-sensory interview format (audio, video, interactive) — handled better than most — and scales well for high-volume hiring. Worth the time if this is your use case.
