Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integration with gym management tools and tailored to gym and fitness industry workflows. On balance the feature set — especially aI receptionist for inbound calls and messages — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on 24/7 multi-channel response, and helps capture inquiries outside business hours caught me off guard. Niche focus limits use outside fitness sector is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps capture inquiries outside business hours. Membership and tour booking workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and aI receptionist for inbound calls and messages removed a step we used to do by hand. Niche focus limits use outside fitness sector, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. 24/7 multi-channel response just works and operates 24/7 without staffing overhead. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
