I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customizable scripts and escalation logic — handled better than most — and handles high call volumes without staffing constraints. May struggle with highly complex or emotional conversations is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-use case support across sales and service is exactly what I needed, and handles high call volumes without staffing constraints. I do wish may struggle with highly complex or emotional conversations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: call analytics and performance tracking and natural-sounding voice interactions. Where it lags: enterprise pricing may not suit small businesses. On balance the feature set — especially inbound and outbound AI phone agents — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
