Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI-driven website chat widget just works and 24/7 visitor engagement without staffing. Complex queries can still need human handoff can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom knowledge base training is exactly what I needed, and reduces response time for inbound inquiries. I do wish may require tuning to match brand voice, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversion-focused conversation flows, and can be trained on business-specific content caught me off guard. Complex queries can still need human handoff is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversion-focused conversation flows — handled better than most — and helps qualify and capture leads automatically. May require tuning to match brand voice is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
