Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Cloud and on-premise deployment options is exactly what I needed, and visual drag-and-drop process designer. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-powered document and data extraction — handled better than most — and strong integration options with enterprise systems. Enterprise pricing can be steep for small teams is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Real-time process analytics and reporting just works and aI features for document processing and automation. Learning curve for non-technical business users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
