I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is hundreds of app and service connectors — handled better than most — and low-code interface accessible to non-developers. Best value requires Microsoft ecosystem investment is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on approval workflows and scheduled triggers, and deep integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: drag-and-drop flow designer and supports both cloud flows and desktop RPA. On balance the feature set — especially drag-and-drop flow designer — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI Builder for document and text processing, and large library of prebuilt connectors and templates caught me off guard. Licensing and premium connector costs can add up is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
