I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is real-time call analytics and dashboards — handled better than most — and integrates with common CRM and telephony platforms. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable brand voice and persona, and turns call data into actionable business insights caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
