Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and cross-platform availability with synced chats. Custom bot creation with prompts or API fits neatly into how we already work, and shared chat links and conversation history removed a step we used to do by hand. Less control than using model APIs directly, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Shared chat links and conversation history is exactly what I needed, and cross-platform availability with synced chats. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
