Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: delegated task management for consumer issues and saves time spent on hold and navigating phone menus. On balance the feature set — especially subscription cancellation assistance — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on subscription cancellation assistance, and saves time spent on hold and navigating phone menus caught me off guard. May not handle highly complex disputes well is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is bill negotiation with providers — handled better than most — and can potentially lower bills through negotiation. Results depend on company policies and may vary is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Subscription cancellation assistance just works and useful for cancellations and dispute resolution. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
