Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated handling of customer inquiries just works and reduces staffing and training costs. May struggle with highly nuanced cases can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is escalation paths for complex issues — handled better than most — and reduces staffing and training costs. Requires careful setup and oversight is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated handling of customer inquiries is exactly what I needed, and available around the clock. I do wish may struggle with highly nuanced cases, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
