Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-guided recovery coaching is exactly what I needed, and large active user community for accountability. I do wish effectiveness depends heavily on user commitment, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on streak and relapse tracking, and private and discreet by design caught me off guard. Subscription likely required for full features is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
