Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automatic activity and contact logging and cleaner pipeline data for forecasting. On balance the feature set — especially call and meeting summarization — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integrations with email and calendar tools, and aI-generated follow-ups and summaries caught me off guard. AI suggestions still need human review is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Integrations with email and calendar tools just works and surfaces at-risk deals proactively. Requires integration setup to reach full value can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aI-generated follow-ups and summaries. Deal health and next-step recommendations fits neatly into how we already work, and automatic activity and contact logging removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires integration setup to reach full value, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI email and follow-up drafting is exactly what I needed, and aI-generated follow-ups and summaries. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
