Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: searchable company knowledge base and real-time progress tracking for managers. On balance the feature set — especially automated reminders and check-ins — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-generated onboarding roadmaps, and reduces manual HR workload caught me off guard. May require setup of internal content is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. AI-generated onboarding roadmaps just works and reduces manual HR workload. May require setup of internal content can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
